Nationally certified, he has over a decade of experience training everyone from the average stay-at-home mom to athletes, law enforcement and military personnel – including ones that are preparing to enter special forces. Konan also has a long track record of helping aspiring bodybuilders take the stage – with all of his competitors taking home a top 3 finish.
